Subject: Linguistic perspectives on AI

Description: Artificial intelligence is considered to be one of the greatest opportunities and challenges of our current society. Research on artificial intelligence comes from various scientific disciplines, from the natural and technical sciences as well as from the humanities, social sciences and cultural studies. Because language and other signs are of great importance in the context of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence is also a subject of linguistic research, which we will address in the colloquium "Artificial Friday".
